Uygulama içinde ürettiğin video, ses ve metinlerin tüm hakları sana aittir. Biz bu içeriklere hiçbir şekilde erişemez, saklayamaz veya kullanamayız — çünkü hiçbir sunucumuz yoktur; içerik yalnızca cihazındadır.

Prompter uygulaması, logosu, tasarımı ve kodu Prompter geliştiricisine aittir. Bu şartlar uygulamayı kullanma hakkı verir; kopyalama, kaynak koda dönüştürme veya türev eser oluşturma hakkı vermez.
Prompter, açık kaynak kütüphaneler ve Apple'ın sağladığı sistem servisleri (kamera, mikrofon, konuşma tanıma, dosya sistemi) üzerinde çalışır. Bu bileşenlerin kendi lisansları ve şartları vardır.
Prompter "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamayı belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma açısından garanti etmiyoruz. Uygulamayı kullanırken kayıplarından (video kaybı, veri kaybı, ticari kayıp) sorumlu tutulamayız.

Prompter is provided for personal, non-commercial, or professional content creation. You may not use the app to produce content that is unlawful, harassing, racist, discriminatory, deceptive, or that infringes on the rights of others.
All rights to the videos, audio, and text you create in the app remain yours. We cannot access, store, or use your content in any way — because we operate no server; content lives only on your device.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and platform rules.
The Prompter app, logo, design, and code belong to the Prompter developer. These terms grant you the right to use the app; they do not grant rights to copy, reverse-engineer, or produce derivative works.
Prompter runs on top of open-source libraries and Apple's system services (camera, microphone, speech recognition, file system). Those components carry their own licenses and terms.
Prompter is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted / error-free operation. We are not liable for losses (lost recordings, lost data, business losses) resulting from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. The current version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
